After Talkwalker acquisition by Hootsuite, led the planning and
end-to-end technical implementation of the new Hootsuite Listening
application, based on Talkwalker technology, successfully delivering
the complex application in just three months.
Continued to lead and integrate within Hootsuite the Talkwalker
front-end team post acquisition
Provided technical oversight, planning, and execution leadership for a
cross-functional team of ~10 engineers, working closely with product
management on strategic project delivery.
Spearheaded the integration of Talkwalker development teams in the
Hootsuite support process, including enablement in Jira through
automations, training of engineers and constant supervision of ongoing
processes.
Served as key technical figure in a highly technical project,
planning, architecting and implementing a next generation product,
combining Talkwalker and Hootsuite capabilities. Also managed the
front-end engineering team working on the project.

Drove and architected the full, highly successful rewrite of the core
platform from legacy AngularJS to modern React, establishing the
company's future technology standard. Implemented most of the core
features, pages and data flows.
As part of the React rewrite, collaborated with the backend team to
create a custom protobuf based API layer with full end to end type
safety.
Designed and implemented highly complex systems such as a centralized
React data store and data fetching solution, a high performance, low
level canvas charting library, which to this day powers many of the
complex charts in the Talkwalker dashboard.
Designed, implemented and handled deployment for the Talkwalker mobile
app, a combination of React Native and a custom webview of the main
Talkwalker application.
Helped create and instill a strong testing culture across the
engineering department.
